If I don't use all of my meals in one week, do they carry over to the following week?
Meals do NOT carry over from one week to the next. It is important that you select the right plan to fit your schedule and your eating habits to ensure that you get the full value for your dollars.
Can I change my Dining Plan?
Yes. You have the opportunity to change your dining plan during the first week of the semester. Simply go to the Dining Service Office and fill out a dining plan change form.
What happens to my unused Declining Balance Dollars at the end of the semester?
Declining Balance money added to your membership does roll over from Fall to Spring semesters, but not from Spring to the following Fall semester.
Can I treat my friend by meal?
Yes! You can use your Declining Balance or Flex Dollars.
What do I do when my Declining Balance gets low?
Each time you purchase a snack or a full meal, you may ask the cashier to tell you how many meals and/or Declining Balance Dollars you have remaining. If your dollars run low, you can add Declining Balance Dollars to your account using cash, check, money order or credit card. Simply go to the Dining Services Office to make your payment or you can add-on more Declining Balance Dollars.
What if I lose my Dining/ID Card?
Lost cards must be reported immediately to the Dining Services Office at 229-924-2732. You can obtain a replacement card at the Department of Public Safety.
